Surrounded by Western Ghat (mountains) on the East and South, the River Kali to the North, and the Arabian Sea, which comprises a chain of Islands.

hey those begger's are not from karwar... they are from kerala (MALBARRI) understood. Karwar people are decent wearing pant & shirt.
Please restrain urself from making comments that may hurt others....

2. they are not from Karwar, but are from Kundapur
3. they are not kerala people (malabaris) but kannada-speaking people from Kundapur
4. On ocassions Karwar people too wear Mundu/Lungi/dhoti etc
5. which is not indecent, but just a way of dressing...
