Karwar is the Head-Quarter of North Kanara district in Karnataka state, India, on the shores of the Arabian Sea. Surrounded by Western Ghat (mountains) on the East and South, the River Kali to the North, and the Arabian Sea, which comprises a chain of Islands.

Sadashivgad/Chittakula - View from the Top
The Northern view from the Top of the Sadashivgad Hill-Fort.... The National Highway no.17 passes through the grren vegetation and the far-away Hills towards Goa.... The entire coconut tree-covered area is Sadashivgad, Chittakula and Devbagh villages of Karwar...

Someone said that Sadashivgad fort has been converted to Resort and public can't visit the place. Is it true?
