Kadra Dam across River Kali

35 kms from Karwar is the Kadra Dam constructed across river Kali. The dam was primarily built as hydroelectric project for supply of water to turbines of electric power generating station. The project was completed by KPCL, with a Hydro elecctric Power plant which produces 517.28 MU of electricity annually.

Speaking of Sunsets, here is another one...

Why so many pictures of sunsets on my Blog... The answer that is the time I get time to get out of my office/Courts and take a break in midst of nature, and as that happens to be the sunset time, I am left clicking at Sunset landscapes...

This one was shot at Madangeri Hill, and the water body in the picture is the Backwaters of River Gangavali at Sanikatta, famous for its Salt Pans, enroute Gokarn..

Sunsets, though seem to be the same, are different each day... And i had this opportunity to shoot this sunset, with a Boy on his mobile, perched on this structure...

3 Blind men walking on the Highway..

 Saw these three men walking with hands held, then I realized that they are all blind...
Here they are chatting and walking by the side of the Highway...
